I had ordered chicken roll from Batata fry paid online from food panda app. But the order status was updated delivered without delivering the order. I had paid online. I contacted the hotel directly they gave delivery boys number and said he had picked the order but it never reached and was updated as delivered. I contacted the delivery boy you didnt pick my call also the cuatoner care number doesnt work. Nd the chat team just assures refund everytime and apologies.This has happened almost 4 times with me. What kind of pathetic service foodpanda gives. Food panda is a big fraud.
