It is sad to seee how vogas and how shameless u people can be.. Yes, wanna know why? Read this email till end..
I, placed my order from just chinese.. And veg dhaba.. Two different orders.. It was raining here in kolkata, (Just raining.. Nothing much) first of all my veg dhaba order got declined and without asking my prefference u placed my order from swad.. Ok, i was waiting.. Then suddenly i seee my all orders are vanished from 'my order' section... Meanwhile unfortunately i engage myself in foodpanda live chat.. And there i meet one ridiculous executive who helped me none.. And kept me engaged on live chat.. Saying that your team will call me.. I waited 30 mins.. Neither ur team called me.. Neither your executive helped me with the exact status of my order.. And yes he or she told me to wait more 60 mins... On calling rider he said that he is only one who can deliver the food.. And his bike is nt working... So i wont get my food at any cost.. And here your executive just wanna keep me on hold.. On asking he/she said that another rider has been arranged.. And gave me the same rider number... Who denied to deliver the food... Between all this... My money and coupon of rs.119 got waste... U know what is worst? Your services... I am gonna make sure it must come in front of everyone...in every social platforms.. This kind of harasssment.. That foodpanda has no rider to deliver food to customer... Till end... I did not get my food... At 10.30... I had to coook... U ruined my papa's birthday... Made me wait... When the restaurant is 2 mins away from my home... Not to forget.. The restaurant owner called me.. Told me that he can provide is food by himself or if we go.. But we hv to. Pay him extra... Wow foodpanda.. Shame on u... Just wait.. Was this information helpful? |
