Food Panda — I am complaining about refund.

I ordered food from food panda at night on 18 sep 2018 7:01 pm. I was waiting for my order for 3 hours. Suddenly i got the message that my order has been canceled and my money will be refunded in 4-7 working days. They are not refunding the money. Food panda has chat support but they always replied that we will refund your amount in a day or 24 hours will be taken.

I am advising you guys the food quality from food panda is very poor. They are not refunding your amount even if the order has been placed but the vendor is not able to come to your place.

My order amount is 236.52 rupees. I think they are doing fraud by this app.

I have ordered for a egg biriyani but it was not at all delivered and they are saying silly reasons for not delivering, and this is not the first time.my amount getting blocked and after cancellation of my order there will be no restaurants open. What is this . Why are you cheating customers with fake advertising.
