I have order food on 18th Sep 2018. It was cancelled. Food panda customer service called me and they asked me whether I am ok with other restaurant. I told them I am ok. I didn't get any call from the other restaurant or from food panda customer care. didn't get reply on Chat. I was so irritated. I paid the money through my paytm wallet. Still I didn''t get refund. I never had this issue with uber eats or Zomato. They don't respond with Chat. There is no contact number for food panda. If I won't refund I would never go with food panda next time.
