Food Panda — i haven't received my order

I orderd in one food item in bejing bistro restarent hyderabad iam not received any food item from foodpanda excutive but i got a messgae from foodpanda side your food item was delivered. Rs.118 deducted from my card. I chat with foodpanda team, in there also iam not got any responce. I want to compliant against this issue. I added few photos for your reference.
