Food Panda — I m complaining about not receiving my order

We ordered subway from Paschim Vihar branch and the order was accepted by the Paschim Vihar branch. But we didn’t received any thing. When we contacted Paschim Vihar Subway they said order has already been dispatched from there and we tried contacting riders no but it was switched off. So please look into this matter. PFA attaches screenshot of the order placed.
