Food Panda — its showing delivered without delivering.

I ordered dinner 10:00 pm and its showing delivered in 10:10. Is food panda is so fast. No they cheated us.
Yet i didn't rececived my order. Tried connecting customer care which is worst they don't even reply,
My money got wasted.
Is this way to cheat someone take payment online and don't deliver food and when asking for customer support no one will respond.
Like this food panda has cheated so many.
