Food Panda — lack of delivery

I have placed two orders consecutive days and both of them doesnt get delivered. I asked the person about the status of my order and what i get as an answer is we couldn't contact the delivery buy mind you this happened twice. I waited for my food for more than one and half hour and then i message their chat people they tell me my order couldnt be delivered. Isnt at the first place, they should inform me about my order. If i haven't enquired about my order i would have waited for eternity i think. Now the worst part is i have to wait for my money.

Rider made me fool by not delivering the food after repeatedly calling has not responded he has asked pin . Rider name RIZWAN and phone number[protected] and please refund my money.I would request food panda to takecare of rider . It's not matter of money it's matter trust you give to customer.

I ordered chicken tikka biryani from Fateh's Biryani today and it was too bad. it was smelling badly. When We were eating it we were felt vomitting. I have thrown it in dustbin. Please see attached pic. I want to know this was happened because I used coupon. Please take action.
