Food Panda — Made transactuin, stooped in middle no refund back

I have made a transaction in food panda app. Transaction has stopped in middle but my money has been deducted. I am waiting for the refund but no refund has been made for one week. Please check my transaction ID [protected] and I have made the transaction in food panda to vinak restaurant and it has been failed
