Food Panda — Money deducted and never refund

This is regarding order number: n7oe-vbq2 placed with food panda on 23-Oct-2016, when the order was placed due to some technical issues from your side the money was deducted and the order was not placed. On checking the customer service initial i was informed that the refund would be given by 24 hours and since there was no refund. I had checked again wherein they told me it would take 48 hours. It is 07-Nov-2016 and still the money has not been credited to my account. On 07-Nov-2016 i had rechecked with the customer service who informed me that the refund would take 5-7 working days but as of today it is the 11 day.

In addition i have the complete conversation with the customer care executive Sapna on this issue who kept telling me same. This is the latest information given by her which i have copy pasted here who told me they have initiated the refund after 11 days.

The refund was raised only after i was continuously asked for it this kind of service is completely fraud and should be banned.

I would like to inform you as I have checked we have received the payment of yours later on and and we need to initiate the refund for the same. So I have checked with my payment, they informed me that we have received the payment later on.
We have successfully initiated the refund right away . Please note, in my experience, the transaction takes approximately 5-7 working days as per the bank's arrangement. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

yeah sure but with this information that u have provide me i would initiate a legal action since intiall i was informed it would take 24 hours then i was informed it would take 48 hours and today u tell me it would take 5-7 days

This situation happens because that time we have not received the payment of yours and we have guided that it will be auto refunded within 24 to 48 hrs but now we have received the payment and we have to initiate the refund for the same.
Do not worry, We will get in done on priority basis and you will surely get your refund.
