I had placed an order using foodpanda app, my money was deducted but I did not received the delivery even after an hour. Later I was refunded the money saying the restaurant declined order. Now, I have placed a different order on foodpanda ID : y3gi-0gzo, the expected delivery time was 17 minutes, but it has been more than 45 mins I have not received delivery. I have received a sms that the restaurant has confirmed my order and food is being prepared, but it's been more than 50 mins now. Also when I asked for help from the foodpanda support team there was no response from their side. I cannot track my order as I am not yet assigned to a delivery executive. This is the same problem I had encountered with my previous order. The reason could be foodpanda does not have any delivery executives working today in my area on account of public holiday and yet they are pretending on app to provide delivery services and charging money. If the area from where I have ordered the food is not serviceable, foodpanda must not display false information on their app. Also, there is no help from foodpanda's support team. Order ID : y3gi-0gzo ordered on 2 October at 14:57 from Flavour Stones. It is the second time I am facing the same problem again. Kindly refund my money back.
