Horrible experience #Foodpanda! I placed an order today at Subway via foodpanda...i didnt receive a confirmation for more than half an hour nor did their lousy customer care bother to receive any calls. So i placed an order directly somewhere else. So after around 45 mins, i receive a confirmation from this lousy food service. By this time, i had already recieved my order which i had placed somewhere else. So when i try to cancel the order via #foodpanda, their rude customer care folks refuse to cancel the order and are totally unapologetic for this mess. #Pathetic #Lousy customer care and #Foodpanda/ Totally disappointed!!!
