Food Panda — money is not refunded

I have booked meal on date 28 october 2018 but my meal is not delivered of transaction i'd foodpanda-inii-sy2e-1 and after that my booked meal is cancelled but till now money is not refunded. Plz. Look into the matter and refund the money. Meal is booked in varanasi and after that booked meal is cancelled and food panda staff told me and assured me that ur money will be refunded within a week but till now not refunded.

Dear Food Panda,
The order I placed for Rs. 265 and cash back on paytm was 30% off but I have received only Rs. 50. As I was supposed to get Rs.80.

As per foodpanda policy, I should be refunded in 7-10 working days. But even after 26 days, I see no refund. All I get from customer service is sympathies, apologies.no action, only fake promises.

I ordered behrouz biryani from malviya nagar new delhi at 3.25pm and didn't receive my order even after 1.5 hrs. I am not able to cancel my order as unable to contact to any foodPanda's customer service officials. I have already paid for the order.. it's pathetic service from your side.. resolve the issue at the earliest...
