Food Panda — my account is blocked due to no reason

I just created a new account and then i added my address but when i was trying to voucher nine they told me that my account is banned without any reason and i haven't placed any order before. Can you please help me resolve this issue. I didn't do anything which violated the rules. So why did my account got banned. I had another sim on my phone i created an account from it then, but then after adding my address on my second account i tried to use voucher nine but it again showed my account is banned on my new number also. Today i saw a voucher 29. I tried to use it but it showed that my account is banned. Please unban my account.

I have order for dinner on 23 Sep 18, but order was not fulfilled. Rs 278.37 deducted from my Account vide transaction No OTHPG[protected]PAYTM NOIDA. I made complaint seven time, but amount still not received.

Today we had orderd paneer tikka masala, but we had received a shahi paneer. As this was my first order s i felt really very bad and did not got a good response from foodpanda. So i kindly request you to please take back this order and give us the right dish. It's a humble request. Hope for a response as soon as possible.
