Food Panda — my delivery not received.

Yesterday i. E 28/08/18 i ordered a powershot milkshake, which was not delivered to me i waited for 2.00 hr the status showed it is been picked and also delivered, but after me calling the boy, he replied i'll call u later, and disconnected, which further was switched off. This is not acceptable and leads to a bad impression and also wasted my time.
