Food Panda — my order got cancelled but no money got returned

Hi,

On sunday 23-september i have ordered food for dinner at 6:49pm, order code s2gl-rzh3.

But received message at 7:03 that " sorry we cannot fulfil your order at the moment, if paid online refund will be credited with in 24 hrs for wallet & payment with 3-5 working days for bank.

I paid using paytm but haven't received any refunds.

Non of your help line numbers are working

When will i get my money back.

They have not given refund for a cancelled order. Their customer service executive never replied.
My paid order was delivered to someone else. Even then I made a complaint to their customer service but didn't even reply,
