Food Panda — need clarification of blocking off coupon code on my account

This is tha last mail i am going to forward to foodpanda and after this i am going to uninstall this app.
I need clarification that why you blocked my account for coupon code. You said there is unfair use of coupons then just tell me what does it mean if you sent me some coupon and i use it then its known as unfair use of coupons.
Then why you sent such type of coupon to me.
I need clarification on this otherwise i am going spread this on networking site.
