Food Panda — no refund for 2 orders

I have ordered food twice but both order were cancelled. I am still waiting for refund. Whenever i contacted chat support and asked about refund, they do not respond. I sent email also but did not get response other than informing me that the refund was processed. Order numbers are "w2nc-6ysu" it is not a question of money as the amount is few hundreds but trust and money is money. I feel cheated
