I placed an order with id : w3ob-1psm on 26/09/2018 which was late by an hour and half due to which i had to cancel the order after pathetic experience with your customer support staff.
The mode of payment was by paytm wallet. It's been over 48 hrs (As opposed to 4 hrs stated in your app) and i have still not received my money back.
Also while chatting with your customer support team yesterday, my chat was abruptly ended by your team. First by ms. Anushri, then by ms. Sneha followed by ms. Parika. I'd like to have the chat transcripts. Was this information helpful? |
