Food panda is an online food provider. company name pisces eservices pvt. ltd. we booked sandwiches for the first time as guests were inhouse. i received a confirmation message and online payment for the same. later their executive called me and showed their inefficiency in providing our order. i told him to revert the payment made earlier in this reference, but he denied the payment made cannot be reverted back. for your ready reference the online payment transaction reference number of sbi is ig0aryyll7 for rs. 540/- on 18/09/15 at 09:25 pm. the executive further asked me to make order for something else, from some other restaurant, this is how we felt betrayed. even then i to compensate my loss i placed an order for vegetable biryani's from element lounge and restaurant (vardhaman nagar) with approximate delivery time 60 min. but no order was delivered nor the amount is reverted back. i tried to call the company but could not contact. i kept on calling to the restaurant but no one picked the phone and after that the no. was switched off. element lounge and restaurant did not respond nor the food panda responded to our order, and in this manner we were left helpless in front of our guests. we were expecting the order by late night, and due to this all the other restaurants of the city were also closed. this was a real mess. kindly help us Was this information helpful? |
