Food Panda — order cancelled and no refund

I have ordered foodpanda today, the time of delivery was incorrect. I called the restaurant immediately and they agreed to cancel the order as the food has not been prepared yet. But the rude customer service person refused to change the delivery time nor to cancel the order/ refund so that i can make the amendment and reorder again despite the restaurant has cancelled the order. Food panda has charged me for a cancelled order which the restaurant has never prepared and they has never delivered.

The worst company i have ever seen.
I will not recommend foodpanda to anyone.

Do not use foodpanda, coz they are thieves, and they are rude.
