Food Panda — order cancelled but refund not received

I have ordered food twice consecutively on Food Panda on[protected] and the orders were cancelled saying the vendor declined the order. Two transactions dated 18th September 2018 with order ids are
[protected]@1 - ₹38.00
[protected]@1 - ₹29.00
The payment has been done from Paytm wallet and the refund is not yet processed or received after 10 days. There is no appropriate channel to raise the complaints and there is no contact number mentioned. Very worst service from Food Panda.
