We have not received the order for about 4 hours in food panda.
The customer service was not at all effective, we couldn't track the order as well. No proper information has been given to the customers who are awaiting for the food. The status got changed to delivered as well and the person who is suppose to pick the delivery has not attended our call as well. Though we have requested for cancellation after 2 hours, the customer executive Reshma and Annie who had chat with us online didn't agree for cancellation
I really feel the money need to be refunded for this order and its really waste of time for us to wait for the food for more than 4 hours and then trying to contact customer service via several channels which is really frustrating.
I will not recommend food panda as they have spoiled our evening time. Was this information helpful? |
