Food Panda — order not received and ran away

I was order absolute chocolate and rider has pick the order and his name is qadri andari and contact no. [protected]... He did not deliver my order and in status it show that order has been delivered and when i was calling him he switch off his cell and i got wait of my money.. Please refund me and take strick action to him.. Kindly revert me.. Waiting for your reply...

I received my foodpanda from toast box causeway point, it was all spilled out.. Left only 30%.. I am not satisfied with the delivery. Liquid spillage, messed up everything and I am left with nothing to drink!!! Do revert with a satisfactory explanation and compensation. Refer to attached pic as evidence.

I haven't received my order, delivery boy isn't picking up his phone and he has marked order delivered on the app, but I haven't received anything
