Food Panda — order received in pathetic condition

I had ordered from restaurant square pizzeria on 20 sep 2018 for which the order code was u7nc-v20m.

My order was for 1 non veg pizza and 1 garlic bread for which i had already paid through online mode. I received my order in a third class manner. Their rider, rajesh kumar, handled my order in a pathetic way due to which the entire topping of the pizza stuck to its cardboard container.

When i asked rajesh to come and see what he had done, he promptly started his bike and left without acknowledging what i said.

This is absolutely not acceptable. My food was destroyed due to shoddy handling of their rider, and i want my money refunded.
