Food Panda — order refund for thrice deducted amount

I have tried ordering at foodpanda on 18th september which got canceled during payment. But all three times amount is deducted of rs 470.52 via paytm. It has been told, it will be refunded with 3-4 days. But i didn't receive any till date.

Attached mail response from foodpanda team stating refund will be done with 7-10 days.

Attached transaction details and credit cards for those.
No reponse or call from them.
