Food Panda — order twice and cancelled twice

I ordered food from foodpanda one from chanda food sector 26 noida and other from flavours of south vasundhara enclave both the times they cancelled the order giving false reasons.

For 3 hours they had a chat with me and said there is a technical issue and for those 3 hours they were continously taking orders and there was no banner on app about any technical issue for those 3 hours and still isn't.

They should be penalised for false claims and taking customer money for 7 days and initiating refunds. These people don't even have civil taughts and are also wasting customers time.

Please initiate strict action against them.
If required i can provide all the chats with customer service, restaurant owner which shows they were urging me to place orders but were not sending thise orders to the restaurant.
