Food Panda — order was cancelled after one hour

I made 3 orders through food panda app..2 deserts and one biriyani..they cancelled 2 desert orders after payment is completed..but I was waiting for biriyani more than an hour and finally I contacted food panda customer support and they said that they have to cancel that order as well.. So instead of ordering and eating food, I just made transaction for 3 items and going to wait for refund with hungry stomach.

I ordered double omlet brota from brota's and haven't received my order and status is delivered what is foodpanda this not right you did with me and also why don't u have support service via call ur stupid employee on chat not replying for 15 min . Ur service pissed me off
