Food Panda — orders cancelled by foodpanda. amount not refunded yet.

It's been more than 10 days, but amount is not refunded yet. Orders have been cancelled by foodpnada once a month us deducted. They have informed me via sms that amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. But still amount not refunded.
