So its the third day that foodpanda received our orders and didn't bother to assign an executive or delivery boy for delivery... They don't even reply from the chat support... We called the restaurant and they said the fpod was already ready but there's no one there to pick it up. We ordered it at almost 20.06 and its 22.07 now and the order status still is 'chef at work'!!! We have full proof of screenshot and call records of everything... Now, coming to the fraud section, the thing they are really doing is, they are giving lucrative offers like snack at 9, lunch at 19 etc with massive price off.. Then they are demanding it to pay via online payment... Then they are taking the payment but either not confirming the order or never to delivery or delivery 3-4 hours after.. When we ask them for refund in case the order is canceled, they tell us to wait for 10 days or so but don't refund unless you constantly chat with them. We have now been harassed by this fraud for the third and last time.. Many of my friends' refund is still due... So, my earnest request is for you to look into this matter seriously as this ia potentially a case of fraud. Necessary proofs can be submitted if required. Thank you...
