Food Panda — poor service

I ordered my lunch today at 12:30 pm. It's almost 2:00 pm now. Neither they have confirmed my order nor have they cancelled it. It's a complete harassment i am facing l. Last night the same thing happened with mr twice. If they are not willing to fulfil customers order then why the hell they are running the app even. First, they allure the customers by sending messages about exciting offers and then after receiving the online payments they disappear. And we the customers keep waiting with our empty stomachs. There's not even a helpline number on which we can connect with them.

I my self Dipanjan Sadhukhan.i order some food from oUdh 1950 on 23.09.18. but suddenly the order has cancel but my money is not refunded.i have dropped a complain mail to your customer care mail I'd but still the money not refunded. please let me know when you're return my money.
