I had made two orders on 15th september, 2018. First of all one order was cancelled immediately and the other one kept me waiting for 1 hour. After which the other restaurant also cancelled my 2nd order too.
So that grievance that i had was not of any concern to foodpanda.
Now today is 5th october and i have not yet received refunds for both my orders. I have chain of emails and chats with them but now they have even stopped replying.
They are making fake claims on their site they take 24hrs to refund money into wallet as it has been more than 20days now for me. They make fake claim that they respond in 8 hours to your email but no replies. So i want someone to please take action against them. They are trying to fool us here and they think they are not answerable to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
