Food Panda — refund for my order number w7os-k166

Address: Singapore online, 429000

I ordered food through food panda.
It was paid through a travel card.
They cancelled my order within 3-4 minutes and telling me that the order was being prepared, they did not refund my money.
It was a huge amount for me.
Please refund it asap.
I have raise 6 chats and and 7 emails.
However no one got back to me.
They also were closing the chat as if they were not interested in talking to me or understanding my problem.
I would request you to look into this.
