Food Panda — refund issue and arrogant behavior of customer care executive

I have made the order from food panda. They are receiving the order and decline it. When we are making the mail or complaint for the refund these guys are not responding and your customer care executive are behaving arrogantly.
I want my refund as soon as possible. If you guys don't want to make the order deliver, why u take the order and y u guys don't refund the money.
