Food Panda — refund not received and poor customer support

I ordered from a restaurant at bangalore on 23rd september. My order was confirmed and payment was done through paytm. After few minutes, my ordered got cancelled (Reason unknown) and i was told that my refund is initiated and will receive it within 4 hours in case of wallet payment.
Since today, i. E. 06th oct, i have not received my refund. Last sunday, i was taught by one of their executive how to count 7-10 working days and today again they are telling me that wait for 7-10 working days. I am attaching the screenshot herewith. It is not a matter of rs. 207 but the customer support is just poor.
