The first order that i placed using a new user coupon was cancelled by food panda themselves and it was done through a call. I had paid using debit card and then they called to tell that one of the items was not available and asked me to replace that item with another and reconfirm the order. They told that the cancelled order amount will be refunded. The coupon was not applied on the new order and i had to pay in cash when it arrived. The amount of around 400 has not been refunded yet even after 2 weeks.
