I ordered using food panda app and made an online payment using paytm, restaurant cancelled my order. I asked for help on support, they placed an order of same amount from other restaurant. This time it was cancelled due to the delivery boy. I asked again on support they assured me that i will be receiving a mail, which i haven't yet regarding the refund. And now food panda support system does not reply on the support chat. It has been over a week... I haven't received any mail any text from you people regarding my refund.
