I ordered from foodpanda on 7th oct, 18 and paid online via paytm. After they received the order it got auto-cancelled immediately stating that restaurant wasn't servicable. I connected their service/ customer executive who stated that within 7-10 working days i'll get the refund.
It's been 10days now. Still haven't received the refund. I am afraid that i might never get the refund back as i am going through all the posts in social platforms against foodpanda, that foodpanda has been cheating on their customers like this for so long and they don't refund.
And their chat customer support don't help much. All they do is to copy and paste the same pacifying lines to us without even checking the order status from the system they just blindly say "you'll get the refund within 7-10 days". On the 10th day after placing the order still they said the same lines to me "you'll get the refund within 7-10 days"
Kindly check that matter, i want the refund back and once i receive that i'll uninstall that app and will never order from foodpanda again. I'll tell my friends and relatives the same.
