I order some food but order is also not placed and till yet the refund is also not given 1st time i use this App food panda to order something and the experience is very wordet so please provide the solution ASAP.

I have ordered a pizza from this app and they cancelled my order without telling the reason! I just received a message saying your order has been cancelled and will receive your paytm money in 4hs but have not received it yet !
My food was not delivered to me and the status changed to delivered. When I tried to contact support through chat no one is available to help me out.This is not expected from Foodpanda.
The delivery boy did not even contact me to ask the address and all. I think the delivery boy took the food along with him and ate it.
