Food Panda — return of paid amount against the order cancelled from your side

I ordered my food from food panda company on 14th of October 2018 and the order was cancelled fro there end, as per there clause the amount should be refunded by 7 to 10 days .its been more than 10 days now i haven't received any update from them on this.Every time i chat with the customer care they are giving me excuses of technical issue.
Kindly return my paid amount as early as possible or I have to contact consumer foram.
