Food Panda — ridiculous approach towards order and money

I had ordered a mango shake on 25th september using this app. But my order was not delivered and my money is also deducted. I had also forwarded a complaint email regarding this. But to my surprise what i got is no satisfactory reply. Now i just don't want my deducted money back i also want my time and my typing and net expense or else you will see my actions. Your attitude is just can't acceptable.
