I order veg. Paneer tikka biryani and received it within 45 mins. Packing was too bad like street food stall, and when i opened the container that bad smell of stale food has come out. It was pathetic. I was trying to call food panda since yesterday but not able to connect them. I put my reviews on my order but nobody care to reply me.
I'm going to take this to social media. And i'll try to lodge police complaint against food panda and singh's kitchen.

This is high time now. Just now order from your app for subway. BUt its more tan 1 hour . Resturant has confirmed the order but you guys not even assign the rider. Also my previous 3 refund are pending. I am really disappointed with your poor service.

1st my order is shake[protected] oder no-b0rx-0czd payment mode online and not delivered in my given address.
And my 2nd order is ice cream[protected] order no-x6ym-3jcj payment mode online and not delivered in my given address.

I placed order at 1.24 pm ist on 5 oct and it was never delivered. I have constantly tried chatting with support team bur no help.. the app doesnt let me cancel the order n money is already been deducted. It is a fraud that food panda is doing. Kindly look into this urgently.

I placed two different orders in Foodpanda at 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm on 2nd October and both were not delivered. Next day the status is showing delivered and the restaurants are asking for reviews. My money has not been refunded too. It is very shameful to see such negligence.

I ordered food. It shows preparing since an hour. Not able to contact anybody in chat or phone. Wasted time 1hour and all restaurants closed now.

I myself went to the restaurant but the hotel management is not giving the order to me they're saying that delivery executive must come
It's been 2 hours that I placed the order till now I havent recieved my order
