Hi, I have placed an order (Order No.:n7ur-p6me) by 28 Jul 2015. The Food Panda team cancelled my order due to restaurent not available. So I requested for re-imbursement. The next day I received a mail as "Reimbursement Pending". After that I have not received any update. For this failure transaction, they provided gift voucher and it was not used by me for a week. After a week I tried to place an order using this voucher and application said it is INVALID. After customer care confirmation, voucher used by some one in GURAGON where Food Panda customer care is located and GURAGON is voucher allocated location. Now the Question is : 1. Basically I am from chennai location, then how come I order in Guragon? 2. I have not received any order confirmation for this order in my mobile? 3. This order shows "Raghul" as user name, my name is as you know "Vijayan" 4. have u confirmed to my mobile number with that order? 5. The password no one know apart from myself, in that case how come third party know the login credentials? 6. In that case you people are cheating the customer/ your customer care persons are mis-using the customers details? 7.In that case I think you people can misuse my payment information also? DEDUCTION WITHOUT CONFIRMATION
I HAD ORDERED FOOD ITEMS FROM HALDIRAMS THROUGH FOODPANDA WEBSITE WHILE MY 153 RS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND MY ORDER IS NOT YET CONFIRMED
