Food Panda — support informs that they will not deliver after 3 hrs from when i ordered

Kept waiting for delivery guy to pick up
Contacted customer support thrice
All they did was assign a delivery guy
Delivery agent's name: vajeed vahid shaikh
Ph no: [protected]
When contacted, delivery guy said me to cancel the order and that he wont deliver!
Support said that they will be glad to cancel it
Horribly non-cooperative support
And terrible delivery agents
To think i ordered at 5pm and it got picked up at 8pm!!!

I ordered Food around 12:45 from Dilli Treat from the app of FoodPanda, Order Number is s3tg-p265, Dated - 20.09.2018

I paid the amount through paytm. Now it's 5:45 is still didn't received my order or refund of my payment.

Today afternoon online order for food panda 2002 RS .The order is cancelled.not received any food.please refund to amount for my ICICI bank credit card
