Dear sir, this is reference tmy my following orders

X3yb-mes6, rs.202.62 dt.[protected], hotel matru sagar, bangalore
X3yb-wzjh, rs.197.62 dt[protected], hotel matru sagar, bangalore

Both the orders were cancelled / declined by the hotel. However the payment transferred from paytm wallet not credited to my account till now. I am totally dispappointed with the service.

Please arrange to credit the same immeditely.

If the hotel is of problem, please block the hotel from your app.

What the ### goes on..!! I ordered at 6:50 pm, now it is 7:50 pm. The times showed for delivery is 24 minutes, but it get doubled now. Still, the order is pending for preparing in the kitchen. The services are pathetic. Again Very bad experience.. :(

I had requested Food Panda on 12th Oct to stop the promotional messages to my phone number and email account. I was assured that the same will be done 5-7 days. It has been 16 days and I'm still receiving the promotional messages. I'm not getting any further response to my queries.
