Myself staying in shirol (Jaysingpur) herewith clarify & complaint that, against use of my card details fraud done by mr. Pramod kumar from gurgaon for which foodpanda, gurgaon agreed to reverse the amount debited rs496.46 to my account which they confirmed over phone & through mail but yet not reversed. Mr. Bharadwaj as well mr. Goyal & mr. Faisal simply telling all lies things and passing & wasting the time without solving the problem reported by me. The response from foodpanda is very very poor. This is happened on 23.11.2016 at 6.21 pm.
Simply they are saying action is taken and in process but yet not resolved the issue so far and not yet responding to our mails.

His all details of mail id, phone number, ip address through which he did the fraud. Please punish the person who did the fraud and how the transaction is takes place at foodpanda, gurgaon.
Please take strong action against food panda. This problem is reported to foodpanda on 28.11.2016 & on continuous basis we are chasing with them over phone but very very poor response from foodpanda. Whatever details they had requited all we have provided them. Was this information helpful? |
