Foodpanda — blocked from using coupons

Foodpanda has blocked my account from using coupons giving excuses that i did some unfair coupon use which they didn't provide details and proof about. Also they are sending me daily coupons to apply to mock my situation & not even replying to my mails. This is a mental harassment of customer & i need strict action on this unfair and bad treatment.

Updated by Ankitjain0906 They have even blocked my right to contact them through customer support chat system on their app. Which is even more frustrating. If they don't want us to order from their app or something then they should tell straight about it as the service they are providing is really bad and disappointing cuz they are many instances where the food gets late or during the current foodpanda discount season, their delivery guy eats or steal food on the way and mark order as delivered or delay making customer frustrated and cancel.
