On[protected] at 20:40 I placed an order of Rs. 132.42 on Foodpanda (Order code v4ys-sgif). After half an hour the app showed that there's been some issue with the order and they'll resolve it and I'll receive a call. I waited for about 10 minutes and then raised a query on Foodpanda chat (in mobile app). And after about 15 minutes I got a call from Foodpanda. The guy told me that due to some technical reason the order was cancelled and he's placing the same order again. I said OK.
Now, the new order (Order code v4ys-ye5k) is placed and after about 15-20 minutes later I was seeing that a delivery boy is assigned to pick up my order from restaurant. But now there's another problem. In the tracking page, I saw that the delivery boy's standing at some location. He's not going to restaurant. So, again I contacted chat support in mobile app. Tried three or four times, all of them just said that be assured and then the chat went unresponsive. After about an hour, the app showed that the food is delivered. I didn't got any delivery boy's number from the app. Support was not responding at all. Foodpanda just took the money and no one's responding from their team now.
I've even sent a mail to [protected]@foodpanda.in (complaint # 8400717). But there's no response from them either.
So, in short after two orders and waiting for about 4 hours, I got nothing but frustration.
