Foodpanda — i haven't received my order and application is showing order got delivered

Hello,

I ordered food from foodpanda on 28th of september and within 5 minutes of order, i got message that order has been delivered but i didn't receive order. I tried to talk with support team but didn't get appropriate reply. The worst service i have found yesterday night from foodpanda. Also first order they cancelled after confirmation and and they did mentioned stuff with 2nd order.
