My order Id: z9yb-5miw. i ordered the product but in the system it is appearing it was delivered after an hour later.. i didn't received a call or any message from any delivery boy.

I placed an order and it showed me that order is confrimed and the same is approved fro preparation. but it has been almost 5 hours since the order is pending. Is this the way to fool your consumers. If you are unable to delvier why did you show your moto to deliver the product in just 30 minutes.

Not received my order but shows delivered

I had ordered ice cream at 7:45pm on 1st oct 2018 but not received the order. My order no. Is "y4lh-iwkc".
Also money got deducted.
Please look into this and resolve the same at the earliest.
